Why brands work with us

Nearly five decades of making closures for perfume and cosmetics.

We do not sell from stock. Each component is developed around the brand it is made for, from the first discussion to the finished piece.

Designed to your brief

We start from your concept, sketch or sample and develop the component with you.

Made in-house

Aluminium deep drawing and anodising, and plastic injection moulding, are carried out at our works.

Styled to your brand

Components can carry your logo and design, and are finished to the look your brand requires.

Across three categories

Perfumery, cosmetic and skin care packaging, so related components can come from one supplier.

Our range

Three categories of packaging.

Perfumery

Caps, closures and collars for perfume bottles, designed around the fragrance and the brand.

Cosmetics

Compacts, cases and godets for make-up products. Plastic cases are made in polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and Surlyn, and aluminium components in aluminium.

Skin care

Cans for creams and containers and closures for lotions, styled to your logo and design.

Our process

Two processes, both made in-house.

Aluminium and plastic components follow different routes. Each is set out below.

Aluminium

Aluminium components are formed from a single sheet and finished to the surface the brand requires.

  1. 01

    Deep drawing

Aluminium is drawn into the form of the design, including complex shapes.

  2. 02

    Surface refinement

Each piece is finished to the surface quality the brand asked for.

  3. 03

    Anodising

A special anodising process gives the metal a finished, durable surface.

Plastic

Plastic components are moulded to shape. Injection moulding suits a wide range of forms, from simple closures to detailed cases.

  1. 01

    Tooling

Each component starts with a mould, designed around its shape, wall thickness and function.

  2. 02

    Injection moulding

Plastic material is melted and injected under pressure into the mould, then cooled and removed.

  3. 03

    Finishing

Moulded parts are finished to the appearance and fit that the design requires.
